Consultancy

• Our day rate is £550 + VAT, for a 7 hour day
• Smaller projects can be billed hourly at £80 per hour + VAT
• If you have a larger consultancy project, please ask us for a fixed price quotation

Installations and upgrades

• We will visit to analyse your needs free of charge
• We normally provide fixed price, all-in quotations for installations and upgrades

Support and troubleshooting packages

We offer four billing structures for support and troubleshooting:

1. Telephone/email support £125 +VAT per month
   Support available by telephone or email (dedicated email address), to a maximum 10 hours contact time per month. Call-outs will be charged at the standard rate of £80/hour, but the call-out fee will not apply.
2. Retained support £300 +VAT per month
   Includes telephone/email support as above, plus one half day per month onsite. Additional call-outs will be charged at the standard rate of £80/hour, but the call-out fee will not apply.
3. Retained support £500 +VAT per month
   Includes telephone/email support as above, plus two half days per month onsite. Additional call-outs will be charged at the standard rate of £80/hour, but the call-out fee will not apply.
4. Standard call-out £80 +VAT per hour

If you do not wish to take a formal support option, APOJ has a standard call out fee of £80 and a rate of £80/hour, minimum call-out 1 hour.
